Go For The Finish Line Goal!

Webfetti.com

Have you ever watched Olympic runners in a race? They have trained until there is not an extra ounce of fat on their bodies. They are prepared. They are totally ready and totally focused on the goal of winning the race. Life is a race but it is not how fast you finish, it's that you finish it. You do the best you are able and you are a winner. You are not going to lose to depression.

Think like a champion. I want you to operate like a champion. Your are quite literally running the race of your life. The course is challenging for you to follow, but you are not alone. There are over 89,000 Americans diagnosed with depression each year. The numbers grows even more when you add the numbers of the rest of the world. There is a crowd cheering you on every step of the way. You may not see them, but they are there lurking in the shadows. "Go for it!", they shout. "Get up! You can do it!", they yell when you stumble. And who is yelling louder than anyone? I am. I've been there. I know the fog of depression. You can be lifted from the brink of disaster. If I can make it, so can you! Others are saying if you can make it, so can they. Together we can make a difference.
