In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, sometimes the chaos of daily living boggles the mind and negative thoughts slip in. In the mist of it all, even the most important things can slip your mind. I know it has with me. Sometimes I forget my own kids names and I call them by one of the other kids name. Sound familiar?
When it gets like that I have a 2 minute time out for me. I take a deep breath and meditate for 2 minutes asking for peace and calmness and count my blessings. It gives my mind and subconscious time to reorganize and get back on track.
Commit to every day finding a few minuets of quiet time will revitalize your work. I even found the kids have learned to do this as I was watching the youngest tell her doll that she needed to spend two minutes in meditation time out. I had to laugh inwardly and smile as I watched her spend two minutes in meditation time out.
When you keep positive thoughts on your mind, you will experience a wellspring of joy bubbling inside and overflowing to your family, friends, co-workers and others that cross your path.
