Endless Mind Healing

You probably started your negative or positive thinking when you were a child. Usually, this habit can affect us in many ways, influencing the experience of stress, fear and anxiety to our lives. However, sometimes things happen to change our thinking. If you've gotten into stinking thinking, you may want to change it! Here are some ways you can stop yourself from using stinking thinking and use your mind to boost your productivity and endless mind healing and relieve stress and anxiety.

The first step toward change is to become more aware of the problem. You probably don't realize how often you have stinking thinking in your head, or how it affects you.

Writing in a journal, helps you notice when you summarize what has happened at the end of the day. Over several days, you will notice if your thoughts are usually stinking thinking.

As you notice yourself saying something negative in your mind, you can turn your thoughts around by telling yourself "Stop". Saying this aloud will be empowering, and cause you to be aware of stinking thinking and if certain people are around that would influence your stinking thinking. Replace it with something better. Once you're aware, you will be able to change it. There is a better way!

Another way to stop stinking thinking is to walk around with a rubber band around your wrist; as you notice stinking thinking, pull the band away from your skin and let it pop. It'll hurt a little, and serve as a reminder of your stinking thinking!

Think of a way to say or think in a better way. When you hear yourself with stinking thinking, find a way to say the same thing in a more positive way. Sometimes I have found myself with stinking thinking when I have certain people around and I have to force myself back into positive thinking. Does that sound familiar? It's just like going for a walk except in your mind.

Positive thinking brings endless mind healing. Are you assuming something is a stinking event when it isn't, necessarily? (IE, having your plans cancelled at the last minute is a bummer, but think of it in a positive way that you can make the most of your newly-freed schedule.) The next time you find yourself stressing-out or having a panic attack, stop and rethink. You might surprise yourself. Tell yourself "I can handle this!" Ask yourself what is it your really want to do? Open your mind to endless possibilities. Now, what can I do? Soon abundance will flow.
